SUBSURFACE SERVICES

The Subsurface Department was founded in 2018 with the entry of Ole Jacob Sandal as Subsurface Manager.

The vision was to create the largest and most complete North Sea Subsurface group covering all Subsurface Disciplines.

Today, the vision is to remain the largest North Sea Subsurface Group. 

Approximately 100 Subsurface Experts cover Exploration, Field Development, Production and P&A for the following disciplines: 
Geology, Geophysics, Operation Geology, Wellsite Geology, Geomechanics, Reservoir Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Production Engineering, Petrophysics, Frac and Stimulation, Marine Geoscience, Biostrat

The Subsurface Experts work in 3 different manners with THREE60 Norway:

• Services
  THREE60 takes departmental ownership for a Sub-Discipline for an operator
  THREE60 uses ISO Certified Processes, Procedures and has invested in all necessary tools and software.

• Studies
  THREE60 is handed a SOW and perform a study with results to the Operator THREE60 uses ISO Certified Processes, Procedures and has invested in all necessary tools and software.

• Consultancy
  THREE60 delivers a Subsurface Expert to be placed with the Operator
